September Wine Friday: A Taste Of Chile

This was a great theme and what fun we had with our Chilean Wine.  As I suspected, we had mostly deep red wines like Cabernet and Merlot
But I was very pleased to have 2 different Carmenere that I enjoyed
thoroughly!  My favorite wine for the night was the Marques de Casa
Concha Merlot — smooth flavors of bing cherries with a bite of dark chocolate on the finish.  We hope everyone had a good time and see you again next month!
