As I ran up to this house I felt like Steve McGarrett — the wrought iron gate entrance and the block-style front door flanked by 2 lion statues looks straight out of an episode of Hawaii Five-O!  Once you get past the over-priced listing and the outdated just-about-everything, this is a very cool MCM place with lots of potential.
 
You could easily open the kitchen to the living/family room and I love the step-down master bathtub using mosaic tiles all true to the period.  The pool/billiards room even has original wood paneling which is still in great shape.  You'll need a good designer to refresh this place, but I see it is a deserving project for the right price.
